extension-tool/install: Add --print-uuid option

This is meant to help with automation, where some follow-up actions
are needed after installing an arbitrary extension, like

```sh
$ uuid=$(gnome-extensions install --print-uuid extension.zip)
$ gsettings set org.gnome.shell enabled-extensions [\'$uuid\']
```
